POLICIES:        

 *Minimum order quantity: 12 cookies.
* Accepting orders for pick up. Delivery may be available depending on the location, for an extra charge.
*Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to the pick-up date.

PAYMENT POLICY:
* A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing the order. This allows me to purchase the highest-quality ingredients to make your cookies fresh and delicious. It also secures your spot for cookie pickup or delivery. The remaining half of the payment is required at the time of pick-up/delivery.
CANCELATION REFUND:
* A full refund will be provided for orders cancelled at least one week before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
* Orders canceled within 5 days of pickup/delivery will receive a 50% refund. After 5 days, no refund will be provided.
COOKIE PRICE POLICY:
*Cookie prices are charged per dozen. Pricing is based on the flavor and size of the cookie, measured across its widest side.
*Each dozen of cookies include 3 different designs.
Basic: 1-2 colors, simple design, minimal details
Detailed: 3-4 colors, simple details
Elaborate: 5+ colors, several pipe details.
Some character cookies and logos can be more expensive. Details with edible Luster Dust can vary between $1-6.00 dollars per dozen. Individual packaging with bow is an additional $6.00 dollars per dozen.
